This case report explores the treatment of a 13-year-old male patient with severe dental crowding and periodontal issues using non-extraction orthodontic combined root coverage procedure. The presented skeletal class 1 base malocclusion, multiple anterior crossbites, along compromised lower central incisor gingival recession.
